History
Custom Coils has been a leading provider of custom coil design and product development for over 45 years. Our company began as a transformer assemblies developer and supplier. Since then, we’ve advanced our capabilities to include a wider range of electromagnetic parts, incorporating comprehensive electromagnetic component solutions in the early 2000s.
Today, we are known as an expert partner for customers looking to turn design concepts into a reality. We’ve developed over 10,000 different magnetic components, which include:

In 2010, our company moved to a 24,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Benicia, California. We successfully revamped the space to accommodate large-scale manufacturing, assembly, and testing services. Our expanded operations include a design center that focuses on design support and prototype development, manufacturing and assembly lines that can handle large and small volumes, and a full test facility. One thing that has never changed is our ongoing commitment to seeing projects through and providing excellence in customer support from start to finish.

Our in-house experts can assemble 200MM and 300MM ceramic bell jars based on your project parameters and specifications.

All coil production occurs in-house at our large facility in Benicia, California. We accommodate small and large production runs to produce coils of any size.
